Jingyuetan Ski Resort is located in Jingyuetan Scenic Area (a national AAAAA level tourist attraction) in Changchun City, surrounded by forests on three sides and facing water on one side. It is the nearest ski resort around the city and enjoys the reputation of "tourist ski resort in the city" due to its beautiful natural scenery and regional advantages.

　　The Lotus Willow Garden is located on the north side of the reservoir dam, covering an area of about 12 hectares, and is an excellent place for rest, lake sightseeing, and scenic views.

　　The Jingyuetan Water Release Tower is located on the west side of the reservoir dam, and is the former site of Jingyuetan Water Source, a municipal cultural heritage unit. It is also a landmark for the filming of "The World". Construction began in 1934 and was completed in 1935. It was a hydraulic building built during the period of Manchukuo to supply water to the urban area of Changchun.

　　The Bisong Jingyue Tower and Taiping Bell Tower are located on Guantan Mountain. The Bisong Jingyue Tower was completed in 2000 with a height of 50.2 meters. The number 50 represents the 50th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, and the number 2 represents the 200th anniversary of Changchun's establishment. The Taiping Bell Tower was built in July 1991 to commemorate Jilin Province's ten-year absence of major forest fires from 1981 to 1990. Climbing up the 195 steps that symbolize "to", "permanently", and "to benefit", one can overlook the clear waters and vast forests of Guantan Mountain.

　　Jingyuetan Ice and Snow World is built on thousands of acres of forest and frozen lake surfaces, and is a landmark winter ice and snow amusement park in Changchun. The theme of the park is "Forest and Snow Painting Landscape", with a magnificent giant main snow sculpture, accompanied by large snow sculptures such as the Goddess of the Pure Moon and a galloping horse. There is also a creative ice sculpture corridor that seals roses and frozen persimmons. The blue ice is transparent and dreamy, and the colorful lights light up at night, like a crystal castle.

​Yishuiwan is the overflow channel of Jingyuetan Reservoir, which leads to the mother river of Changchun City - Yitong River. During the summer flood season, the rising pool water will flow into the overflow channel through the current Huantan Road, and finally merge into Yitong River.

　　In the center of the square stands the Statue of the Pure Moon Goddess. This is the work of Mr. Ye Yushan, a famous sculptor in China. As you can see, the Goddess of Pure Moon lies diagonally on top of the crescent moon, with her left hand resting on her cheek and her right hand reaching into the distance. Her beautiful hair dances in the wind, reflecting the wonderful atmosphere of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature. Every hour at midnight, there is a very popular music fountain among tourists here. In the evening, when the lights are on, the water screen movies here are also very exciting.
