Jingyuetan Scenic Area is located in the southeast of Changchun City, with a total area of 96.38 square kilometers, a water area of 5.3 square kilometers, and a forest coverage rate of over 96%. The scenic area has excellent ecological environment, fresh air, and a good natural ecological foundation. It enjoys the reputation of "Pearl of the Green Sea" and "Urban Oxygen Bar", and is the "city card" and "ecological green core" of Changchun City.

As a national AAAAA level tourist attraction, Jingyue Lake has complete supporting facilities and standardized park services. The scenic area is equipped with sightseeing vehicles, cruise ships, starry sky cable cars and other tourist facilities, along with rest, sightseeing, and convenient service points. The entire area has a complete identification system, which can provide comfortable and orderly park protection for tourists and meet their daily sightseeing and leisure travel needs.

Route

Based on the distribution of scenic spots and tourist experiences, the scenic area plans multiple characteristic tourist routes to meet different travel needs such as leisure strolls, parent-child trips, health and fitness, and in-depth sightseeing. The main tourist route connects major attractions such as Goddess Square, Reservoir Dam, Forest Bathing Beach, China Vasa Museum, and Bisong Jingyue Tower. Tourists can take a circular tour by car or take a slow walk along the forest trail to enjoy the scenery, providing a wide range of travel options.

Park Transportation Guide

1. Public transportation (preferred! Green travel, easy to arrive)

Light Rail Line 3: Get off at [Jingyuetan Scenic Area Station] (main entrance) or [Ski Resort Station] (west gate)

Bus routes: G160, 78, G120, T335, and T377 all provide direct access

2.Self-driving travel (ample parking spaces, thoughtfully provided for free)

Main entrance: The 4-level parking garage, mechanical garage, and the parking lot opposite the west gate are open to visitors free of charge. During holidays, the temporary parking lots on the west side of the parking garage, within the Earthquake Administration, near Dingjiagou, and on Chiyang Road are also open to visitors free of charge. Please follow the staff's instructions and park in an orderly manner.

The total length of the Ring Road around Jingyue Lake is 17km, and the total length of the wooden boardwalk is 20km

Sightseeing bus (easy to circle the lake, great value for money)

Hand Ring Ticket Office: Located inside the Visitor Center or outside the south gate of the Visitor Center (mobile ticket sales at various locations during festivals)

Sightseeing bus wristband sales time: 8:30-17:30 (last bus at 18:30)

Route: Starting from Goddess Square → driving along the West Ring Road in one direction, passing through various scenic spots → ending at Lotus and Weeping Willow

Ticket Price:

10 yuan per person per trip (single ride, ends upon alighting)

20 yuan per person (unlimited rides on the same day, equipped with a wristband, and free to get on and off at any stop)

Self-driving car rental for 2 or 4 seats in the scenic area (subject to weather conditions and business adjustments)

Opening hours: 8:30-16:00 (Last vehicle return time is 17:30)

Rental location: Self-driving car rental office at Goddess Square

Price: 100 yuan/hour

Method: On-site scanning, online rental through the scenic spot's direct-sale mall

Drivers must hold a valid driver's license and have at least 2 years of driving experience. They must drive along the West Ring Lake in one direction throughout the journey, and are prohibited from driving in the opposite direction

Due to the steep slope of Donghuantan Road, the cycling route is limited to: Goddess Square → West Huantan → Dongjiatun, or Goddess Square → East Huantan → Bisong Jingyue Tower
