　　Changchun Jingyuetan Tourism Development Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as the"Tourism Group")was registered and established in June 1995 with a registered capital of 330 million yuan.It officially commenced operations in 1999,becoming the financing vehicle and construction entity for infrastructure development in the development zone.Following corporate restructuring and reorganization,the company has been engaged in operational and management activities centered around the Jingyuetan Scenic Area.In 2011,authorized by the Jingyue District State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission,the Tourism Group commenced tourism development,construction,and management of the Jingyuetan Scenic Spot.

　　The tourism group has established a total of thirteen departments and one office,with two wholly-owned subsidiaries,one joint-stock company,and two holding companies under its umbrella.
