Jingyuetan Scenic Area is located in the southeast of Changchun City, with a total area of 96.38 square kilometers, a water area of 5.3 square kilometers, and a forest coverage rate of over 96%. The scenic area has excellent ecological environment, fresh air, and a good natural ecological foundation. It enjoys the reputation of "Pearl of the Green Sea" and "Urban Oxygen Bar", and is the "city card" and "ecological green core" of Changchun City.

Visit

As a national AAAAA level tourist attraction, Jingyue Lake has complete supporting facilities and standardized park services. The scenic area is equipped with sightseeing vehicles, cruise ships, starry sky cable cars and other tourist facilities, along with rest, sightseeing, and convenient service points. The entire area has a complete identification system, which can provide comfortable and orderly park protection for tourists and meet their daily sightseeing and leisure travel needs.

Route

Based on the distribution of scenic spots and tourist experiences, the scenic area plans multiple characteristic tourist routes to meet different travel needs such as leisure strolls, parent-child trips, health and fitness, and in-depth sightseeing. The main tourist route connects major attractions such as Goddess Square, Reservoir Dam, Forest Bathing Beach, China Vasa Museum, and Bisong Jingyue Tower. Tourists can take a circular tour by car or take a slow walk along the forest trail to enjoy the scenery, providing a wide range of travel options.

1. Active military personnel, survivors of martyrs, survivors of military personnel who sacrificed in the line of duty, survivors of deceased military personnel, and national security personnel are free of charge with valid certificates. Ex-servicemen are free of charge with their Ex-Servicemen Privilege Cards;

2. Seniors aged 65 and above, as well as retired cadres, are eligible for free admission with valid identification documents;

3.Children aged 6 and below or with a height of 1.2 meters and below are free of charge (children must be accompanied by a guardian, who purchases tickets normally, and each guardian can accompany a maximum of two children at the same time);

4. Disabled persons can enjoy free tickets with valid certificates. Blind persons, mentally disabled persons, intellectually disabled persons, and first- and second-degree physically disabled persons are allowed to have one accompanying person enjoy free tickets;

5. In-service, retired, and disabled firefighters and students from firefighting and rescue academies can enjoy free admission with valid certificates;

6. National public security police officers and auxiliary police officers can enjoy free admission with their own police certificates;

7. Overseas Chinese, returned overseas Chinese, and their family members are free of charge with the "Changchun Municipal People's Government Overseas Chinese and Returned Overseas Chinese Family Members Certificate";

8. Journalists from news media can enjoy free admission with their press cards issued by the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television;

9. Free admission with national membership certificates from the China Photographers Association, China Artists Association, China Writers Association, China Calligraphers Association, and China Musicians Association;

10. Moral models at or above the municipal level in Changchun can enjoy free admission with valid certificates;

11. Low-income households in Changchun City holding valid low-income certificates are eligible for free admission;

12. On May Day, those holding certificates of model worker at or above the municipal level can enjoy free admission;

On September 10th, Teachers' Day, teachers can enjoy free admission with their teacher qualification certificates;

On the Double Ninth Festival, the ninth day of the ninth lunar month, seniors aged 60 and above can enjoy free admission with their ID cards;

15. Members of the medical teams assisting Jilin from various provinces can enter the park free of charge with 4 family members after holding a "Jilin Tour Card" (either a physical card or an electronic card) and providing their ID card to verify relevant information (policy period: 2022-2026). Members of the medical teams assisting Tibet can enter the park free of charge with their spouses and children after holding a "Jilin Tour Card" and providing their ID card to verify relevant information (each card can enjoy one free admission per year per scenic spot, policy period: October 1, 2023 - July 31, 2026);

16. Holders of Jixiang Card and Jijian Card, along with 2 accompanying persons, are free of charge; holders of Jingxiang Card, along with 4 accompanying persons, are free of charge;

17.Personnel within the province who have obtained the qualifications of China's Scenic Spot Professional Managers (senior and intermediate levels) and two accompanying individuals (excluding those from individual scenic spots) may be admitted to the scenic spot free of charge upon verification of valid qualification certificates and identity information (this policy will be implemented from April 1, 2024).

18.Citizens holding the "Changchun Free Blood Donation Honor Card" are exempt from paying the admission fee.
