The Lotus and Willow Garden implements the elements of "lotus" and "willow" throughout, taking traditional Chinese poetry and culture as the creative source point, and praising the beautiful artistic conception of lotus and willow as the bottom. It has planned 10 scenic spots, including Chunfeng Bank, Chunyan Bank, Biyu Corridor, Yanliu Corridor, Tage Boardwalk, Ailian Square, Yulun Bridge, Nian Niao Observation Deck, Qingqing Observation Deck, and Xinliu Pier, reflecting the integration of nature and culture, providing visitors with a comfortable experience of enjoying the lake scenery while still in the painting. Landscape sketches are abstracted and artistically based on birds and small animals, showcasing the ecological richness and cultural heritage of "birds singing, flowers blooming, lotus flowers weeping, and willows" from details.
