In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Spring Forest Fire Prevention Work Conference of Jingyue High tech Zone and the relevant requirements of the city's forest defense command,and comprehensively analyze the extremely severe fire prevention situation,on March 4th,Lin Yan,Chairman of Changchun Jingyuetan Tourism Development Group,organized the 2026 Spring Forest Fire Prevention Work Conference and mobilized and deployed the group's spring fire prevention work again.General Manager Zou Minghua,Deputy General Managers Shi Hongyu,Zhang Zhong,Tang Dong,and the heads of the Experimental Forest Farm and Reservoir Management Office attended the meeting.

　　The meeting pointed out that due to multiple factors such as low precipitation,rapid temperature rise,and frequent strong winds,the combustibles in forest areas are extremely dry and the fire risk level is extremely high.In addition,with the approaching of key periods such as Qingming Festival and May Day,the difficulty of controlling fire sources has increased dramatically,and the fire prevention situation has reached the most dangerous stage of"burning at the touch".

　　Chairman Lin Yan emphasized that the entire group must immediately,comprehensively,and full-time enter a"wartime state"and make spring prevention work a top priority.The conference deployed four core measures:

　　The group strictly implements the requirements of"administrative head responsibility system+forest chief system+grid management",divides the scenic area into 22 grids,and implements"fixed personnel,fixed time,and fixed responsibility"three fixed management.Ensure that every forest,every road,and every risk point is held accountable to individuals.All merchants and cooperative units must sign a fire prevention commitment letter and establish a horizontal to edge and vertical to bottom fire prevention responsibility system.

　　We will closely monitor key time periods such as Qingming and May Day,and implement heavy military surveillance in areas with concentrated graves and hiking trails for travelers,known as the"core areas of fire prohibition".Strictly crack down on four types of fire sources:sacrificial fire,man-made fire,electric wire fire,and foreign fire.Vigorously promote the exchange of flowers for paper money,and implement zero tolerance for tourists'smoking,outdoor fire use,and other behaviors.Once discovered,they will be dealt with severely.

　　Create a strong atmosphere of"entering the scenic spot without kindling"through all media means such as propaganda flags,warning signs,official account,radio,ticket system prompts,etc.
