The Deer Garden of the Vasa Museum in China is a reindeer viewing and science popularization experience base. The park is surrounded by pine forests and has a peaceful environment, creating a fairy tale secret realm for visitors to encounter rare reindeer up close. It is also a unique internet celebrity check-in spot in the scenic area.

The reindeer raised in the park originate from a unique population in the Greater Khingan Range of our country.More than 300 years ago, they followed the Ewenki tribe to root in the mountains and forests of Northeast China, and have multiplied for generations. This type of reindeer is extremely adapted to the cold climate of Northeast China, feeding on mosses, lichens, leaves, and fungi in the forest, and continuing their semi free range primitive survival habits.

At present, there are only about 1300 purebred native reindeer in China, without any wild branches or foreign populations, making it an extremely precious characteristic species resource in the country.

The Chinese Vasa Museum Reindeer Garden allows tourists to observe, understand, and get close to this rare species up close without having to travel far to the Greater Khingan Range. This is not only a leisure and interactive playground, but also a window for reindeer culture education.Guarding every reindeer in the park is to protect the unique ecological resources of Northeast China and the Ewenki millennium deer culture, with precious and profound significance.
